Norsk Hydro shuts some extrusion plants due cyber attack

OSLO (Reuters) – Aluminum maker Norsk Hydro has shut down some of its steel extrusion crops many thanks to a cyber assault on its functions, it spelled out on Tuesday.

“Some extrusion crops that are easy to halt and get began have selected to quickly shut output,” spelled out a Hydro spokesman.

The company’s large steel smelters have switched to handbook functions and have on to generate aluminum, the organization spelled out earlier.
