Huawei sues U.S. over curbs on Huawei equipment use

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Chinese telecommunications large Huawei Systems Co Ltd submitted a lawsuit in opposition to the United States late Wednesday, alleging that it acted illegally by enacting a laws that forbids the governing administration from endeavor business enterprise organization with companies that use Huawei products as a “substantial or needed component” of their procedure.

The lawsuit was submitted in the U.S. District Courtroom docket for the Japanese District of Texas.
