FDA pulls up Walmart, Kroger, others for selling tobacco to minors

(Reuters) – The U.S. Meals and Drug Administration (Meals and drug administration) claimed on Friday it has despatched letters to Walmart Inc, Kroger Co and 10 other comfort and ease retailer chains for supplying tobacco items to minors.

In the letters, dated April 5, the Meals and drug administration questioned the companies to post a procedure of motion within 30 moments, describing how they will tackle and mitigate unlawful merchandise product sales to minors.
